Author Guidelines
Paper Format:
- Use standard US letter size (8.5 x 11 inches) or A4 size paper.
- Two-column format.
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides (for US letter size).
Title:
- The title should be centered at the top of the first page.
- Font size: 24 pt Times New Roman, bold.
Author Information:
- Below the title, list author names, affiliations, and email addresses.
- Font size: 10 pt Times New Roman.
Abstract:
- A concise summary of the paper, no more than 250 words.
- Font size: 10 pt Times New Roman, italicized.
Keywords:
- Include 3-5 keywords that describe the main topics of the paper.
- Font size: 10 pt Times New Roman.
Main Text:
- Use a two-column format.
- Font size: 10 pt Times New Roman.
- Section headings: Roman numerals, uppercase, and centered.
- Subsection headings: Capitalize the first letter of each word, left-justified, and in italics.
Figures and Tables:
- Place figures and tables within the text, as close as possible to where they are referenced.
- Each figure and table should have a caption (Font size: 8 pt Times New Roman).
- Figures should be clear, high-quality, and legible in both color and grayscale.
Mathematical Equations:
- Number equations consecutively with equation numbers in parentheses flush with the right margin.
- Use MathType or Microsoft Equation Editor for equations.
References:
- Use a numbered list of references at the end of the paper.
- Reference numbers in square brackets (e.g., [1], [2], [3]) should be used in the text.
- Font size: 9 pt Times New Roman for references.
